You're training hard. But are you working on the things that will make the biggest difference on race day?
The LivHack HYROX Race & Training Assessment is a personalized review of your running, station performance and current training. I'll identify your biggest opportunities to improve and give you a clear plan of what to prioritize next.
HYROX singles or doubles athletes who have raced, completed a SIM, or are preparing for a race and want to stop guessing about where to spend their training time. You don't need perfect race data to get started.
Example athlete: Alex — Women’s Open, 1:23:40 race, 1:15:00 goal. All figures below are invented to demonstrate how an assessment works.
| Where time goes | Current | Goal |
|---|---|---|
| 8 km running | 46:00 | 41:20 |
| Stations | 31:10 | 27:40 |
| Roxzone | 6:30 | 6:00 |
Diagnosis: More than half the gap is in running, with especially large pace fade later in the race. Sled-pull technique and wall-ball breaks add time.
Sample recommendations: Progressive threshold work, compromised race-pace repeats, and measurable station retests. Your actual report uses your splits, training and goals—not Alex’s fictional numbers.
“These workouts have definitely helped me improve.” — Ramon, HYROX athlete
Ramon reported improving his Half-ROX simulation from 39:05 to 36:27. This is a coaching-client result, not a guaranteed assessment outcome.
4-Week Performance Plan — $249 gives you a complete four-week schedule to follow independently.
8-Week Full Coaching — $499 adds weekly check-ins and ongoing adjustments.
This $99 assessment is a one-time analysis and roadmap, not eight weeks of coaching or a complete daily training plan. Results vary; no time improvement is guaranteed.
